SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
Mr. Troensegaard is a Professional Geologist with over 40 years of extensive experience in conducting hydrologic investigations and assessment, environmental geophysics, and hazardous waste contamination, investigation and remediation projects. He has managed, supervised, and performed many subsurface investigations for Federal, state, and local agencies and for private clients. He is thoroughly familiar with Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) investigations and is experienced in performing soil and hydrogeological studies in support of preliminary assessments, site investigations, remedial investigations, and feasibility studies.
Mr. Troensegaard also has extensive experience in environmental compliance audits for both commercial and military clients, having conducted audits at over 40 facilities in the United States, Great Brittan, Germany, Spain, and Korea. His auditing experience includes hazardous materials management, fuels storage, water pollution issues, and natural and cultural resources management. In addition to performing audits, he has conducted detailed training sessions for personnel in the US Army, U.S. Air Force, Corps of Engineers, and Fish and Wildlife Service in conducting internal environmental audits of their facilities. Subjects he has instructed include POL Management, Hazardous Materials Management, Hazardous Waste management, The Clean Water Act, and Solid Waste Management.
